Try European Nails, their always pleasant and extremely friendly. You are happily greeted upon your arrival as you should be.
Came in and wanted nails done and guy told me i had to wait 30 min because 2 people was coming back. They wasnt even busy and im a customer wanting service. I want be back because they put people who not even in salon ahead of you!!! Bad customer service and i see why they slow.
Their rude and don't greet you.. They lack good customer service and I have been there several times, but today was my LAST time.
Would NOT recommend!!! I went in for an eyebrow wax and walked out with half of my eyebrow missing. Honestly, if I wanted my eyebrows botched I would have stayed home and allowed my 3 year old to do it for FREE. I can’t even look in the mirror/take pictures without becoming angry. I would rather hide inside my home than to walk around with a missing eyebrow. & my nails..... If I point “north” my nail will direct you “east”. This is truly not an exaggeration! It’s embarrassing and especially disappointing knowing I paid for this. & one last thing! This place is too small for them not to greet you when you walk in. I even said “good morning” and no one responded...that should have been my warning to leave.
Owner did NOT want to refund my sister and I after her employee waxed our eyebrows off . The employee carried herself in a rude manner and was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. We asked for our eyebrows be as THICK as possible and now we have little to none. They’re uneven and ugly. All because she said she could do eyebrows and couldn’t. The employee specializes in NAILS and our eyebrows made that very obvious. Her name’s RaSheeda* however you spell it. And On Top Of This All, she has everyone apologizing on her behalf instead of telling her she was wrong.
I am usually happy with my experience, when I have Froggy. Signed in before 6:30 and they were not that busy, maybe 4 customers. Then about 10 minutes later, I'm told that they can't take me because they close at 7, even though the door and website say 7:30 and that is what I have always none to be true. So I went to Euro Nails who DOES close at 7, they were packed, like 12 people, but they gladly took me at 6:40. They obviously value a customer and a dollar.
