Well we went through the drive threw and waited for a while then we finally got out drinks and they were not hot at all, and just as soon as we left the dive threw my girlfriend drank her not so hot chocolate and got stung on her uper lip. Just had a bad experience last night, will not be going back!!!!
The barista's here are most definitely the highlight. Bright, cheerful and accommodating, they are the reason for customer loyalty. As far as the atmosphere goes, the seating and decor are well below average for almost any coffee house. The layout leaves much to be desired. Also, The Internet kicks you off and makes you sign back in, every 15 minutes. Not trying to sound critical but these little things add up.
Clean, good selection of drinks, parking lot is a little wonky, but everything else is a-ok!
Great drinks and they are always over-the-top friendly. I love this place!
Can't go a day without my cups. I've been to every coffee place in Madison and Ridgeland. Cups has by FAR the best customer service and coffee
