I was making a tax exempt purchase with my school district's card and the two LOVELY customer care associates labored tirelessly to find the tax exempt number that matched my district in order to complete the purchase. Although I told them a couple of times that I can come back later, they still tried different methods and surprisingly succeeded. That is what I call SUPERB customer service because others would have sent me away, but they refused! Thanks to 'JJ' and the young man that helped her!!! I really appreciate the assistance!!!

Becoming one of my favorite stores. I love coming here. Always greeted and employees are always there to assist if needed.

Was not aware of 7-day in-store pick up policy. Purchased TV for surprise Christmas gift on Cyber Monday. We were less than 24 hours past the 7-day pick up deadline (out of town), and they canceled our order without notice. Customer service associate unwilling to work with us and/or honor our sale price. Poor customer service and no care displayed toward our situation. Very disappointing.

Visited at 1045am today. Was going to buy an item in the television area and had questions. No one was working in the area so I went to front and asked the guy in the yellow shirt about the item and he directed me to see the guy in the TV area So I go back there again and there is a blue shirt there and he tells me he doesn't work that area so I ask him to get someone who does and he walks away. No one ever comes. So once again I walk out of this store frustrated with the service. They might as well shut it down. This is about the third or fourth time I have been there with the same customer service experience. From now on they are dead to me. I can get better prices and the same customer service or better from Amazon or Wal Mart.

Update. Went to Walmart and purchased the item I wanted in their electronic area. An employee who did not work in electronics answered my questions and showed me the item. That's customer service

Store was nice and clean. Staff was friendly but the gentleman helping us was not very knowledgeable about what we were looking for. We managed to stumble through the process and hope we get what we wanted. They are installing it on Thursday. Otherwise very happy!
