My husband and I were State Farm customers for years, even before we were married. When we tried to combine our car policies and renters insurance, absolute mayhem ensued. I spoke to 3 separate agents in the span of 2 weeks trying to correct all of the little mistakes and miscomprehensions that came with simply switching from 2 separate policies to 1. When I purchased a new vehicle, cancelled my old, I was still charged a premium for the old car because the agents decided not to add it until after the due date. Then I find out that mine and my husbands policies weren't combined at all and our renters insurance was never added! I will NEVER again use State Farm. Horrible customer service from money hungry agents!
