This is a local, family-run business that I have used for about 10 years also, after having repeated problems with Hallmark Cleaners, a large chain, ruining my clothes. I have never had any such problem with Olde Towne. My family of 6 has about 5 items cleaned weekly by them, week in and week out for 10 years.

The crew at Old Towne Cleaners are the best. My clothes have never had an issue. I've been using them for 10 years now. This is a family run, locally owned business. The owner Carl is there all the time. I couldn't get better service any where else in Jackson. I've tried when I first moved here before I found Old Towne Cleaners. Great work and service.
I'm a local businessman and these hacks at Olde Town Cleaners completely ruined 3 of my suits. They offered to re-do the work then offered a pittance of $500 to replace 3 $1000 dollar suits. I recommend all sensible Madisonians to steer clear of this place.
I moved to Madison about 8 years ago. Not realizing Olde Towne Cleaners was right in my own back yard, I used other area cleaners. I was never satisfied by the work of the other cleaners . Finally a friend of mine led me onto to Old Towne about 7 years ago and since then I've never turned back. I've not had one single problem with Olde Towne. We are extremely satisfied. Customer service has been outstanding and the owners know their customers on a first name basis. How many times have you experienced that? They have been very honest and upfront. They are quick and their turnaround time is outstanding. I receive an email notification when my cloths are ready. I will always recommend these folks- they are hard-working local business owners trying to make a living. I support that! Thanks Olde Towne Cleaners!!
