The night manager has been by far the greatest manager I've encountered....ever. I come in late travel and he allowed me to us the hot tub with no problems. The morning chef offered to make me a to go plate when I missed the normal breakfast hours and made me an omelette for free since the grill was still on. Where else could I find selfless service like this
This location was great! The staff were extremely pleasant and when we experienced a problem the manager (Jay Preston), quickly corrected the matter. This area is beautiful. The rooms were quite. The bed was very comfortable. I don't normally sleep well when traveling but the bed was so comfortable I got a full nights rest. We will definitely visit this place again.
Rooms were clean and service was friendly. Even though it was undergoing remodeling, it was nice. Convenient to a couple of restaurants. Safe and well lit.
We truly enjoyed our overnight stay. Every employee we encountered was extremely sweet and helpful. Their breakfast was excellent! I would definitely recommend to sing the Hilton garden again to anybody! Oh and I really enjoyed walking out onto the small Lake behind the hotel.
The location of the hotel was in a really great area, rooms were clean and service staff was very friendly.
