Service at the bar was extremely slow. Ordered steak with no seasoning and broccoli lightly steamed. The first time it came (35 minutes after I ordered) the steak was seasoned and the broccoli mushy. I sent it back and received the second steak 15 minutes later. When they brought the second steak and broccoli they were cooked as I ordered. I don't know whether the wait for food is typical for this restaurant on a Friday night but I have never had to wait for food as long in any other Longhorn Steakhouse.
Steaks, bread, drinks, sides...all wonderful. Our waitress forgot to bring our salad and blamed us because we stepped out to have a smoke. Other than that, it was a awesome date night!
Good food and service.. Very nice waitstaff and accomdating...cheese curds and beef nacho delicious but the prime rib sandwich could use some jazzing up...maybe a house steak sauce on it...i had to request steak sauce to make it taste good. Meat was nice and tender though and bun was soft. Overall nice waiters, food and atmosphere!
I went to Longhorn on last week and had one of the most remarkable customer service experiences in my life. My table was initially waited on by I’m assuming the manager. I forgot his name but he was amazing. Before we were done we had a female to finish waiting on us. They both exemplified the characteristics of taking care of customers. In addition to the service the food was top notch. I couldn’t imagine a better steakhouse. Kudos to you both.
One of the best steaks I have ever enjoyed. Hilton was an ideal waiter. Chef and team accomodated my food needs (extra veggies, gluten/sugar free). Clean. Busy. Cheerful. Well done on all counts!
