Friendly staff and great product selection. I live in Brandon/Flowood area so I used to shop at the one in Flowood, however they never have anything in stock there and their customer service is awful. So I will gladly travel the extra distance to get what I need from such nice people.
I was falsely accused of theft znd racially profiled on my first visit. I am a platinum member and credit card holder. The police unlawfully detained me and humiliated me in front of the store. The manager did not apologize for falsely accusing me after i proved i was in fact not stealing only swatched a lipstick I previously purchased. I have proceeded with legal action!!!!! Is this is how you treat ur plantinum members????
Although much better store experience since last time. And this time a more helpful staff. Not yet up to par with Sephora. In training Manager in her 1st week not able to honor a gift with purchase offer plainly posted by Neutrogena. This store cannot keep good help. Go to Dogwood Ulta to see the old staff and receive an excellant customer experience. District manager is focusing on something other than Madison clientelle. Too bad. Used to be a great store for Ulta.
Very much out of order. Could not tell what the price was on many items. Did not seem to have the selection the Flowood store does.
Always excellent customer service! One of the few stores left that I shop in person in lieu of online because there is always someone ready to answer questions or lead me to the right department. Clean and well organized....a fun stop for make-up and beauty shopping!
