Only person in line, but it still took several minutes to get complete order taken. Multiple workers around. No ice in machine, sweet tea mislabeled. Ice cream machine broken. Got my order to-go. One side was placed upside-down without the lid completely pressed on, so it spilled out in the bag. Food was lukewarm, but still tasty.
The ribs are outstanding. The chopped brisket is great. The tacos we'll go to a taco place, enough said. The meat cutters are nice and the sides are delivered pretty well but not necessarily immediately. There is no table service if you are lucky your table will be cleared but otherwise the expectation is to self bus. Not happening on my watch with the cost. Drinks ate totally self serve and the selection is pretty limited. I would like to see the the multi drink machine ala Wendy's. Overall if you get ribs you will be satisfied.
Kinda hard to spot this place if you aren't exactly sure where it is. But great food and friendly staff. Plus free ice cream!
So glad the steakhouse was packed and we came here instead! Friendly workers guided us to their favorite sidedishes and combos, and we enjoyed probably the best BBQ meal we have every had. We live 800 miles away, and will definitely eat here again when we travel this way to visit family! One awesome meal!
