Very disappointed in the service and food quality tonight. I spent way too much to have not gotten any veggies and to feel like I ate pot roast when I ordered medium rare steak. Did not receive sushi until hibachi was completed. Our cook was cooking for two tables plus had seven to go orders.
First time and really love the atmosphere. Waitress and cook was nice. And the food was delicious. Really enjoyed dinner with my husband. We will definitely be back.
We love Nagoya. Sad that the Jackson location closed, but happy we can still get the great sushi from Madison. There namesake Nagoya roll is our favorite.
Our experience here was horrible!!! My cousin found a LONG strand of black hair in our rice that we all ate. The lady, who I don't think was a manager, kept trying to say that it was not there's; totally ignoring the fact that Hair was in the food! Needless to say, none of us could finish our food and I feel sick to my stomach. Don't ever eat at this place!!! Oh, they only gave my cousin her meal free, but we were charge extra gratuity. Eat there at your own risk!!!
This is my second time eating here still nothing bad to say. It's pretty consistent as far as the quality and quantity of the food. Good place to have date night, lunch with friends, or dinner with the family.The kids will definitely get a kick out of the cooks. All around it's a great place to dine.
