This is a very good store, I'm just not a big enough fan of the chain to rate it higher than a 3. I like the steaming concept they use on their sandwiches but I don't feel like they've got their price/quantity ratio down just yet. Staff are friendly and usually fast. Great location too for convenience.
Currently watching 12 employees man a station about 6x20 feet. Four of them are standing around. Four more are working their butts off and the others are walking around doing other things. I called my order in 30 minutes ago, walked in to pick it up and they hadn't even started to make it yet because the girl that answered the phone forgot to get my wife's name. I'll rate it a two star because I still enjoy the sandwich.
Same price as subway. A lot better. Been here about 8 times since review.
Was given no cheese but paid for double, otherwise good sandwich, digital coke machine is a major plus! Salads, subs, chips,cookies, and brownies
The food was great but the customer service and Hospitality was Horrible. The supervisor and coworker were joking around and using profanity!!! 2 female co-workers were making vulgar comments towards each other. Not a very family friendly environment...
