The waitress was horrible. She asked for our drink orders and immediately asked if we knew what we wanted when we hadn't even opened a menu yet. She was extremely unfriendly the entire time....never smiled, never introduced herself..nothing. My boyfriend got his beer while I waited 5 more minutes for my sprite. We ordered queso and then placed our order. We never got the queso and it was still on the ticket. It felt like she was rushing us once we got our food and she was just plain rude. My boyfriend and I both serve so we know the struggle sometimes and that bad days happen but it's like she didn't even try to be pleasing towards her customers. I never leave reviews but I had to. The only reason I'm leaving 2 stars is because the food was pretty good.
I was told three times to wait for someone to show me where the restrooms were. Once seated, I ordered a sprite but it was carbonated water. Then it took 10 minutes for someone to take my order. When I did get my order, it was wrong. The only good thing was at least the food was hot. Waitress never checked to see if I needed a refill. I will definitely not be coming back here. This is ridiculous.
Worst restaurant I have ever eaten at. The manager was extremely rude and the food was uncooked.
Warm friendly service. We eat here a few time a month and it's been wonderful every time
The food was delicioso, as usual!! Our server was super nice. It seemed like she was the only server in the place and she was doing her job flawlessly...ask for Monica!! We went after the lunch hour, so it wasn't very busy...our food came out hot and super fast. The 2 for 1 margaritas were also a great deal (at $5.99) and they were very tasty! (lime on the rocks for the hubs/frozen strawberry for me). We will definitely be back next time we are in tge area.
